To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Active CNA Certification, LPN License, or RN License in the state of practice (as applicable and in good standing)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, rehabilitation, or related healthcare setting

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification

• Two (2) valid forms of government-issued identification

• Updated professional resume

• Current TB screening documentation (2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON/T-Spot, or Chest X-ray with proof of prior positive result if applicable)

• COVID-19 vaccination record (if required by facility or state or facility guidelines)

• Ability to work professionally in fast-paced clinical environments

• Strong communication and documentation skills

All required credentials must be current and verifiable. Documentation must be provided upon request prior to placement.
