The most common diagnoses and/or interventions are: hemodynamic monitoring, intra-aortic balloon counter pulsation, ventricular assist devices, CVVH, hypothermia after cardiac arrest, recovery from coronary procedures, including percutaneous aortic and mitral valve replacement, recovery from acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock, arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, respiratory failure and/or multiple organ dysfunction/failure.
