Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Novice Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse. The Novice Nurse (< 12 months of experience) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with care developed for each individual patient in accordance with physician’s orders when applicable. Within this program, you will be gaining hands-on experience by working 1-on-1 with a patient within the home setting. You will have the opportunity to learn direct patient care, care management, vent/trach/g-tube management, and critical thinking with the 24/7 support of the clinical supervising team. Our goal is to best prepare our Novice Nurses for the nursing field, whether that be in Home Health, Pediatrics, ICU, Case Management, etc.
