The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing and assisting in direct and indirect care to patients, families, and significant others of Cooley Dickinson Medical Group. Utilizing the nursing process, the LPN delivers nursing care, including specific treatments and medication administration under the direction of the physician or advanced practice clinician. This position reports to the Practice Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Utilizing the nursing process, the LPN delivers nursing care, including specific treatments and medication administration under the direction of the physician or advanced practice clinician. This position reports to the Practice Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

The Triage Nurse develops and implements the nursing plan of care for patients. The Triage Nurse communicates the plan of care to patients as prescribed by physician, including test results, scheduling of specialized tests and treatment modalities, prescription instructions, and other patient education including procedures and/or disease processes, etc., documenting the treatment plan in the medical record appropriately. Using the nursing process, the Triage Nurse triages patient concerns via telephone and provides nursing advice, receives phones call relating to appointments, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results in accordance with clinical protocols and coordinate proper disposition of each, and makes pre and post procedure phone calls to patients.  

The Clinical Services Supervisor develops, coordinates, and supervises clinical support staff and clinical operations for the assigned Cooley Dickinson Medical Group practice. This position reports to the Practice Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Cooley Dickinson Medical Group is seeking a full-time pediatric nurse practitioner to join Sugarloaf Pediatrics in South Deerfield, MA. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in pediatrics (required) and actively licensed in Massachusetts. Since opening in 2009, Sugarloaf Pediatrics has provided compassionate, expert care for children in a warm and welcoming environment. With the recent construction of a new, modern, and spacious facility, the practice is now co-located with family medicine and onsite laboratory services. Care for a patient mix that is 60-70% commercially insured. Practice staff includes dedicated medical assistants, on-site phlebotomist, LPN triage support, and full-service hospitalists provide all inpatient care.
