Description: Intake RN - Hospc Hospice Intake at Providence TrinityCare Hospice The Intake Nurse, under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Supervisor-Intake, acts as a contact for information and arrangement of all TrinityCare Hospice services from physicians, HMOs, discharge planners and other outside referral sources. The Intake Nurse provides access for new patients to TrinityCare Hospice services. FTE:  On-call Areas Covered:  Orange and LA Counties
