CNA 2 - Orthopedics at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. This position will work three (3), 12-hour night shifts per week.

$4,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) course, -OR-

  • CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements

  • Active and unencumbered license in the state of Oregon as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • New onboarding caregivers must have a current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification

Preferred qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2)
