RN QUALITY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR - QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND MEDICAL STAFF SERVICES

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Current unencumbered RN licensure in the state of Oregon

• Five (5) years clinical experience

• Five (5) years hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments

• Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models

• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management

• Demonstrated evidence of self-motivation

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business, Healthcare or Business Administration

• Adult medical surgical experience
