Providence is calling a Wound Care Specialist Registered Nurse (RN) (Home Health , Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Home Care of Snohomish County in Everett, Washington.

In this position you will:
The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop plans of care, coordinate care with other disciplines and provide direct patient care in the implementation of outcome oriented nursing interventions under the physician ordered Plan of Care.
All required documentation will be complete, accurate and timely.
Promotes and practices patient/family personal and environmental safety while performing job duties according to agency policies and procedures.
Participates in relevant educational activities to provide competent care ot patients/caregivers, to improve the nursing process, and to seek personal and professional growth.
Displays professionalism in the work environment in all areas including communication with both internal and external customers.
Maintains productivity as per agency standard.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State Registered Nursing License
WOCNS (Wound/Ostomy Continence Nurse Society) board certification as a Wound Care Specialist or Enterostomal Therapist
Current Washington State Driver’s license and have access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle
Current Provider BLS certification
Two (2) years experience practicing as a registered nurse
One (1) year recent clinical experience (within last three years) in a Medicare certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management
