
Position Summary: The MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN) is responsible for the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment and the development of the resident care plan. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and is integral to the interdisciplinary team.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- Must have a valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience in long-term care and MDS assessments is preferred.

Essential Functions:
- Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
