RN - Clinical Care Data Coordinator
Providence is offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment
Under the general direction of the Director, Quality and Manager, Quality/Analytics, abstracts, analyzes, collates, reports, maintains and presents information for outcomes for measured patient populations in support of clinical performance improvement activities; Initiates clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring in collaboration with department staff, leadership and providers; Works with the Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams in the medical center and outpatient settings to improve patient care; and remains an active member of applicable measure outcome committees.The clinical focus areas for this position are patient restraints reviews and mortality reviews.
Shift Details: Part Time, averages 20 Hours Per Week.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's degree in nursing is required prior to starting the position
Current WA State RN Licensure required.
2 years recent clinical experience in an acute care facility
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in accredited educational institution.
Data abstraction experience.
Electronic and paper medical records experience.
Software applications experience, which includes Word Processing, Excel, and Access.
Research and statistics experience.
