Job Overview
Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey. Successful completion of department specific orientation and a department specific certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 year of hire.
Effective January 2019, St. Joseph’s Health requires certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be granted through the American Heart Association.
