Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 Year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
2. Active and unencumbered CNA License
3. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
4. CPR/BLS/First Aid Certification
5.  Proof of Negative TB Test (PPD Test, Q-Gold, T-spot or Chest X-ray)
6. Food Handlers Card
7. Proof of continuing education
8. Reliable transportation
9. Clear criminal background check and drug screening
10. Whatever-it-takes attitude
