Duties & Responsibilities OR Position Summary

• Supervising and providing leadership to frontline staff
• Manage day-to-day operations of the unit
• Dispense medication
• Complete treatments
• Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
• Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
• Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff

Position Type

This is a full-time position working 64 80 hours every two weeks. Shift times are Monday through Friday, 2:00pm 10:30pm. No weekends or holidays required.

Shift differential and additional pay is available for Charge Nurse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN or LPN licensure
