Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Expectations
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing providing quality care and oversight of patient services.
- Assist in training, teaching, and monitoring the nursing staff and healthcare team.
- Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Conduct patient rounds and address concerns.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid state license(s) – RN Preferred
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
