We are looking for a charismatic individual to join our team as the new Director of Nursing (DON) at The Healthcare Resort of Kansas City! The right person must be passionate about the quality of care their residents receive, while also being passionate about growing the individuals around them through creating an empowered environment for all. If you see yourself as a person that can help us dignifying long-term care in the eyes of others by providing the highest quality of care possible, then we are excited to speak with you!

Searching for my DON /RN Partner -

In search of a clinical partner who is in it for the long haul; not interested in a six-month fling.

You like long walks on the beach? We can round through the facility together to ensure we stay survey ready.

Need a partner that won’t leave you with the heavy lifting? I will help clean the supply room, mop the med room floors, and empty your shred box before it overflows.

There’s a report due to the state? I’ll interview residents, educate staff and help complete the report. You will not be alone!

Survey in the building? I’ll have lunch delivered before you realize you are hungry.

Need a shift covered? How big of bonus will it take? I don’t want you covering shifts, I want a well-rested DON to own the clinical processes.
