Job Requirements
Job Summary and Qualifications
To coordinate the ENT/ Plastics/ Gyn service line at Menorah Medical Center to include establishing and preparing for the program and use of robotics as mechanism to deliver unique services in surgical care. This includes planning for and oversight of supplies, equipment, and instrumentation for the delivery of surgical care across the continuum in ENT/ Plastics/ Gyn. The ENT/ Plastics/ Gyn Services Lead is integral in evaluating service needs, care delivery related to quality, safety and efficiency of this surgery program.
NO CALL OR WEEKENDS REQUIRED IN THIS ROLE. 645a-315p shift
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate Degree Nursing Diploma, or BSN. Knowledge of AORN Standards/Recommended Practices. Knowledge of PNDS (Perioperative Nursing Data Sets) a plus.
- Certifications: Must hold a current RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing or an active compact license. American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS required upon hire.
- CNOR and/or specialty certification preferred
