A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE / MANAGER
In this sales position, you personally connect with people and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. When initiating conversation with a potential customer, you warmly greet them, describe company offerings, and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Once you have a thorough understanding of their needs, you recommend the appropriate products and their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately, all while maintaining exceptional customer service. Additionally, you develop new relationships with outside contractors and generate sales from those connections. Communicating with respect and professionalism is always at the forefront of your mind. You love the variety each day brings, contributing to the company's success, and making good money!
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of CA and local jurisdiction AC and plumbing codes
Knowledge of heating, cooling, and plumbing materials and products
Valid CA driver's license
Reliable transportation
Good driving record
Do you have a can-do attitude? Are you career-oriented? Do you present yourself in a professional manner? Are you a hard worker who takes pride in a job well done? Do you have exceptional communication skills including the ability to describe technical concepts in layman's terms? Can you provide top-notch customer service?
