We are currently seeking an experienced NH Licensed Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Palliative Care Program located on our Dover, NH campus. The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will have experience in Palliative care, Internal Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine or Oncology. Palliative Care Certification preferred or the ability to obtain.
Our Palliative Care team is an interdisciplinary team supporting Inpatient, Outpatient clinic and Seacoast Cancer Center including: Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Social Workers and Chaplain along with a supportive administrative team. Our program is a supportive busy consultative service with hours between Monday-Friday and does not require call.
