As home health is rapidly growing, we have many patients who are in need of an LVN/LPN Nurse in the home and families who are in desperate need of a break. Home health care provides you the opportunity to really be 1:1 with your patients and can really help out the loved ones of these patients. From Pediatrics to Adults, we give you the opportunity to choose the type of patients and level of acuity to work with! We have patients with G tube, Trach, or Vent and we offer paid skills advancement training!
We are staffing for patients in the North County Area and offer flexible scheduling! If you are looking for supplemental income or are passionate about making a difference in these patients lives, please apply. We also offer paid training!
We have a 3 month old female infant located on Camp Pendleton. She has a G tube and her main diagnosis is "Other specified dorsopathies, cervical region". They live in a beautiful home, and patient is so adorable! They are desperately in need of services! Weekends are open at this case from 7am-7pm or a 10 hour shift can be offered as well! Overtime after the 8th hour, please inquire if you'd like to learn more.
Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
