Job Description

I am currently looking for full time night and day nurses for some of our high acuity pediatric cases in Knoxville, TN. These patients are high acuity on g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators. These are 12 hours shifts and you will get $1,500 sign on bonus for full time night shifts and $1,00 for full time days.

  • Weekly Pay (Paid every Friday)
  • Part Time, Full Time, and PRN Positions Available!
  • Unlimited overtime!
  • 6, 8, and 12 Hour Shifts
  • Both Days and Nights Available
  • 1:1 Patient Ratio
  • $1,000 Sign On Bonus For Full Time 4/3 Days
  • $1,500 Sign On Bonus For Full Time 4/3 Nights
  • $200 Referral Bonus
  • Cases All Throughout East TN! (Premium Pay Cases Available)

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
  • Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current Nursing License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) practices.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred but not required.
