Job Description
We are currently hiringexperienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for a 1:1 homecare in the home setting. We service patients across the northwesternand far-north Chicago suburbs and offer both full-time, part-time, and PRNopportunities. Private duty nursing is a fantastic opportunity to make moneywith great clients under less stress than a nursing home or hospital floor.
Shifts Available for patients:
Monday-Friday Days 8 hour shifts
Monday-Friday Evenings 3:15pm-9:00pm/10:00pm
Tuesday/Friday Nights 10pm-7am
Job Requirements
Job ResponsibilitiesInclude:
• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or geriatricpatients in the home setting
• Implement, develop, and document the plan of care toensure quality and continuity of care for our patients!
• Provide health education to patients and caregivers
• Communicate effectively with the patient, caregivers,external nursing staff, and the patient’s Clinical Supervisor
Job Requirements:
• Must have an active nurse license in the state ofemployment
• RN, LPN, home health or Private Duty Nursing experiencepreferred
• Pediatric, Trach, and Vent experience preferred
• Current CPR accredited by American Heart Associationand/or American Red Cross
