Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Details:
Pediatric Male Patient
·Acuity Level: G-tube
·Location: Glendale Luke AFB, 85307
·Schedule: Thursday-Saturday nights, 8:00pm-8:00am
About case: The patient is a beautiful sweet little girl who everyone falls in love with when they meet. The family lives at the LUKE AFB. You do not have to work all 5 night shifts, but whatever you are able to is fine with the family.
(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
