Job Description

MaximHealthcare Services in Orange County, CA is looking for a Licensed VocationalNurse (LVN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application ofthe nursing process and the delivery of patient care. We are currently lookingfor to fill a pediatric afternoon full time role We are currently looking for to fill multiple casesincluding: Mornings, Afternoons,Overnights, and Weekends. Utilizes the nursingprocess to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Performs focusedinterview to identify specific patient needs.

Assess signs andsymptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’scondition.

Collects, analyzes, andinterprets data and information from health care members and documents actualand/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Other LicensedVocational Nurse (LVN) duties as assigned.


Current LicensedVocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state in which the Licensed VocationalNurse (LVN) practices.

Current HealthCertificate (per facility).

Current PPD or ChestX-Ray.

Current BLS card.

One year prior LicensedVocational Nurse (LVN) experience preferred.
