Job Description
MaximHealthcare Services in Orange County, CA is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN)to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursingprocess and the delivery of patient care. The Registered Nurse (RN)will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable inmanaging patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursingprocess to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Performs focusedinterview to identify specific patient needs.
Assess signs andsymptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’scondition.
Collects, analyzes, andinterprets data and information from health care members and documents actualand/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Other Registered Nurse(RN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse(RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices.
Current HealthCertificate (per facility).
Current PPD or ChestX-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year priorRegistered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
