Position: QUALITY ASSURANCE (QAPI MANAGER RN ) $4,000 Sign On Bonus The Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Manager will develop and implement the QAPI program, including on-going quality measurement/audits, monitoring and analysis, performance improvement, education, and regulatory compliance consistent with all applicable NLCS and Community policies, procedures, standards, and relevant laws and regulations. This position must demonstrate a high level of commitment to improving the operations in support of the stated mission and for providing the highest level of service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities: • Organize and facilitate the QAPI Committee meetings by guiding discussion around performance measures, and prioritizing and developing quality efforts. • In collaboration with the QAPI Committee, create QAPI objectives. • Design a process for and conduct an evaluation of QAPI efforts (at least annually). • Develop policies, processes and protocols as needed, utilizing input from appropriate stakeholders, to ensure effectiveness and compliance of QAPI program. • Lead and coordinate organization wide activities aimed at successful surveys and other quality/regulatory standards as recommended by the QAPI Committee. • Coordinate QAPI activities in close collaboration with the NLCS Compliance Officer, Corporate Compliance team, and leadership teams. • Perform field based and software based audits, aggregate and summarize results and make recommendations based on findings.
