Maine Medical Partners has an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join their Congenital Heart team. The nurse will support a diverse population of adult and pediatric patients. Duties for this position include: following up on patient issues, coordinating testing and lab results, offering patient education and helping coordinate care for comorbid conditions. This is a 40-hour position with schedule flexibility to help meet personal needs. No weekend call or coverage required.

Under the direction of physicians, this position is responsible for assisting with total patient care by performing clinical duties, responding to patient telephone inquiries, and coordinating care both at the office and at outside facilities. An Ambulatory Care RN II is the competent nurse who has at least one year of professional nursing experience in acute or ambulatory care.
