Driven to improve patient access to care, we made a deliberate decision more than a decade ago to change the face of the industry. We reimagined our candidate acquisition process, did away with costly, ineffective direct mail, and pioneered the first all-digital recruitment process.

Our Story

Our proven track record of delivering on some of the toughest searches goes all the way back to the 1970s when Jackson & Coker founded the physician recruitment industry that we know today. A lot has changed over the past four decades, but our commitment to placing physicians who fit, succeed, and stay remains the same.

In 2009, Tony Stajduhar, who worked for Jackson & Coker years earlier was invited back to serve as president. In just seven years, we grew to become an established leader in physician recruitment. Our success rates had climbed so dramatically that we rebranded as Jackson Physician Search.

With offices in Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, and St. Louis, MO, and as one of 15 highly specialized healthcare staffing, search, and technology companies, we are part of the Jackson Healthcare family of companies that helps thousands of healthcare organizations serve over 10 million patients every year.
