Benefits Eligibility

Banner Health employees are eligible for medical benefits when their total full-time equivalent (FTE) is 50% or greater. While team members with an FTE of 70% or greater enjoy normal premiums, those with an FTE between 50% and 69.9% pay an additional premium for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
