West Boca Medical Center

Community-based Approach to Health Care

With 195 beds and a dedicated staff of medical professionals, West Boca Medical Center takes a patient-first approach to the care we provide. Our commitment to professionalism and compassion is what makes us one of South Florida’s leading hospitals, serving the community for over 30 years. We can offer you a wide range of services and specialties to fit any of your needs, including a State Certified Primary Stroke Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The recognition we have received is a testament to the high level of care we offer, but it’s the positive feedback from our patients that truly makes us proud. You can read about our patients and their positive experiences with our hospital in the Stories section of our website.

At our hospital, we treat patients as individuals—not numbers. This means that you will get personalized care from staff members that are invested in improving your quality of life.

Vision Statement

WBMC is committed to the development of a high-quality, comprehensive, integrated health care delivery system which evolves over time to meet the changing needs of the community.

To achieve this vision, the hospital will focus on several key priorities:

  • developing and cultivating the skills and abilities of our staff through education and performance appraisal systems;
  • developing cooperative relationships with physicians and community leaders;
  • incorporating honesty, integrity, and compassion into every transaction undertaken by the hospital;
  • maintaining the financial viability needed to accomplish our mission and provide an equitable return to our shareholders;
  • looking for opportunities for improvement, both within our services and as part of the community health care delivery system.

Our care is first-rate and served with a smile

What sets our hospital apart is that we pay attention to the miniscule details in medical treatment. We believe that these details are what add up to a great visit with us. We are dedicated to getting you in and out of the hospital quickly. Our physicians are committed to making you feel comfortable and at ease while in their care. But don’t take our word for it. Come see for yourself.
