MWN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, LLC is a general acute care hospital located in Long Beach, CA. Reopened in January 2021, the former CHLB site was leased in 2018 by MWN Community Hospital, LLC from its former operator and underwent extensive renovations to bring state-of-the art medical services and equipment and leading physicians and staff to the site.

MWN Community Hospital, LLC serves over 300,000 residents throughout the East Side of Long Beach and surrounding communities by offering the best possible care environment for those seeking inpatient and outpatient procedures. Community Hospital provides the highest quality of care services in a warm, personal environment by pairing intimate surroundings with dedicated staff.  The vital services CHLB provides includes:

• 158 beds of acute care, including 20 intensive care unit beds (11 ICU beds, 40 medical-surgical beds and 28 behavioral health beds open as of April 2021)
• Specialty care, including general surgery, primary care, and a behavioral health unit
• A suite of robust and on-site outpatient services including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, and rehabilitation
• A 20 bed emergency department, serving walk-in and transfer patients with all-new state-of-the-art medical equipment and quality, compassionate care 24/7.

Through community, government and education partnerships, Community Hospital advocates for public health care and works to support better healthcare access and outcomes for individuals and families across the greater Long Beach community.
