At CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, we believe that you, our employees are our most important asset. With this, we have provided an array of benefits plan options to our benefit eligible employees:


  • Medical - Choice of three medical plans through Anthem Blue Cross. These medical plans does not require a primary care physician and can self-refer to see a specialist. In addition, the three medical plans includes the HPMC and HPMC Preferred Providers which brings the lowest out of pocket costs.


  • Dental - Provides employees with a choice between two dental plans (HMO and PPO) made available through CIGNA which provides comprehensive coverage including orthodontia.


  • Vision – Vision option through Vision Service Plan (VSP), a broad provider network with substantial access across the United States. Additional benefits offered exclusively for CHA HPMC employees at the Southern California Eye Institute (SCEI), located on the 1st floor of the Doctor’s Tower, Suite 102.


  • Basic Life and AD&D -  All full-time benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled at no cost through New York Life.


  • Voluntary Life & AD&D – Eligible employees may enroll in Voluntary Life at affordable group rates through New York Life.


  • Disability – Provides protection to employee’s income stream with peace of mind when out of work due to illness and/or disability


  • Flexible Spending Accounts – An array of FSA options from Healthcare, Dependent Care to Commuter Benefit FSA. An excellent way to save money on out of pocket expenses.


  • 401(K)- Retirement savings plan administered though Transamerica promoting tax advantages for employees.
