Outpatient Therapy at Northwoods Lodge

An important part of Encore’s Spectrum of Care is our comprehensive and personalized Outpatient Therapy program offered at our Northwoods Lodge Community. Once you return home from an Encore Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, or if you were discharged directly home following your procedure or surgery, you can still benefit from outpatient therapy.  We can help you verify insurance benefits and get you on track to recovery and well-being!

What We Do

Northwoods Lodge specializes in physical and occupational therapies delivered to you in state-of-the-art rehabilitation gyms, in the convenience of your home or at any of our Community Based partners.

All services are provided with an individualized therapy plan of care for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies.
