The town of White Salmon is 60 miles east of Vancouver, WA, in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area and the Cascade Mountains. It is filled with numerous supportive communities, excellent schools, and year-round activities. Skyline Health itself sits on a bluff above the mighty Columbia River with breathtaking views up and down the Gorge with snow-capped Mt. Hood in the distance.

Skyline Health is excited to offer a variety of Nursing Outpatient Services to the residents of the Gorge. Available 24/7, our compassionate caregivers are here to care for you and your loved ones. Our experienced nurses play an integral role in coordinating your care with physicians and clinical pharmacists, while working to achieve the best possible outcome.

Infusion services include:

IV medications including antibiotics
Subcutaneous and intramuscular medications
Hydration therapy
Blood product transfusion

Other services include:

Wound care
Central line maintenance and access
Lab draws
Patient education

Please Note: Chemotherapy services are not provided.

For your convenience, we will schedule your services prior to arrival, avoiding an ER visit and the need to wait for your medications.
