I've been a PACU RN at Prosser Memorial Health for almost 9 years now and I have truly enjoyed working here. I work with a great team who make coming to work a great experience. The best part about working here is the extra time and attention we get to give our patients each day. Management is attentive to staffing concerns, nursing needs, and putting patient care first. We have a great program providing continuing education and have been encouraged and empowered to get certifications to improve nursing care. There is a great group of providers and support staff, all who are focused and developing the best care, and willing to support, train and educate nurses.

I feel right at home working at Prosser Memorial Health. As a new nurse I was welcomed with open arms by all of my co-workers. Working in a small town creates a strong sense of family at our hospital. The physicians treat us with the utmost respect, and are well versed in the type of care our patient’s need. I am proud to work for Prosser Memorial Health.

It is such a privilege to be an employee at Prosser Memorial Health. The Doctors, Managers and staff in general are amazing and very easy to work with. The majority of our patients highly praise Prosser Memorial Health and frequently state that it is the best hospital they have ever been to. After 29 years of working in hospitals, I can honestly say that Prosser Memorial Health is by far my favorite place of employment.
