We were recognized by Washington State Department of Health for earning a place on the 2017 Antimicrobial Stewardship Honor Roll.
Our long-term care (LTC) facility has received six consecutive deficiency-free state surveys, maintaining a 5 Star rating with CMS. Medicare.gov named our LTC unit one of the “Top Nursing Homes in Washington” in 2017.
