Overlake's compensation program reflects the organizational philosophy that an employee's total compensation–which includes base pay, pay premiums and non-cash benefits–will be market competitive. The following benefits are available to all eligible employees:

Benefits Eligibility
Your eligibility for benefits is based on your FTE (full-time equivalent) or, simply put, how many hours per pay period your position is budgeted for.

Here is a quick summary:

Full-time employees and part-time employees who hold a budgeted position of 48 hours or more per pay period are eligible for all standard benefits.
Employees who hold a budgeted position of 47 hours or less per pay period are eligible for specific programs.
On-call employees are eligible for programs that do not have a minimum hours requirement.
