The President of Dugan Staffing Solutions, Inc., Jody Dugan, was a practicing Oncology Nurse for 15 years.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN licensure, and has worked numerous roles including Hospital Resource Nurse/ Hospital Nurse Supervisor (where she hired, staffed, and managed the hospital), Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator and Donor Coordinator at Georgetown University Hospital, Oncology Clinician, Oncology Outpatient Manager, IV Clinician/ Therapist and Charge Nurse.
